PMO Lead

THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused PMO Lead to establish and oversee the Project Management Office within the Design and Engineering function. This role will be responsible for defining and implementing project governance frameworks managing cross-functional delivery portfolios and ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic outcomes.

You will lead a team of project managers and delivery professionals enabling consistent execution across initiatives driving operational excellence and supporting the companys ambition to scale effectively and deliver high-impact outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PMO Strategy & Governance

• Define and implement PMO frameworks standards and best practices across the organisation.
• Establish governance structures for project intake prioritisation and lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain portfolio-level reporting dashboards and KPIs to track performance and delivery health.

Portfolio & Programme Management

Team Leadership & Capability Building

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Tools & Process Optimisation
