About the Role

We are seeking a skilled

RPA Developer

with hands-on expertise in

Microsoft Power Automate

to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, deliver efficient workflows, and ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions across desktop, web, and cloud platforms.

Integrate APIs, write database queries (SQL), and automate Excel / PDF processes.

Handle the complete RPA lifecycle : requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Create and maintain documentation : PDD, SDD, solution designs, and user guides.

Implement best practices for scalability, reusability, and governance.

Debug, handle exceptions, and ensure robust error logging.

Required Skills & Experience

2–3 years of

hands-on RPA development

with

Power Automate Desktop & Cloud .

Strong expertise in

API integration ,

SQL , and automation of Excel, PDFs, and desktop / web apps.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
