Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aurangabad for the position of Group Purchase Head. The primary responsibilities are as follows :

Develop & implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure timely procurement

Identify, evaluate & manage suppliers & subcontractors based on quality & delivery

Collaborate with production, design and quality team to align material requirement

Monitor inventory levels & develop a system to maintain optimum stock

Vendor development

Cost saving approach with quality consciousness

Qualifications

BE-Mechanical

In-depth knowledge of forging materials, grades and specifications

Excellent negotiation

Leadership & team management

Vendor management skills
