Role Description

This is a role for an on-site Social Media Manager located in Jaipur with 2-3 years of experience.

Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing Kasya's social media presence, creating and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media channels for engagement (Social Media Optimization - SMO), and writing engaging posts and content. Tasks also include interacting with followers,influencers, analyzing metrics, and coordinating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy
• Proven track record in managing social media accounts and growing engagement
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
• Relevant experience in fashion or lifestyle industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Ability to multi task and follow deadlines
