IT Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance: Maintain and monitor hardware software and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Technical Support: Provide assistance to staff with IT-related issues including troubleshooting hardware/software problems.
• Network Administration: Oversee network security upgrades and backups to protect organizational data.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors for procurement and maintenance.
• Project Management: Implement and support IT projects aligned with business goals.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system configurations licenses and user manuals.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of IT systems (hardware software networks).
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
• Communication and teamwork abilities.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA CCNA ITIL) preferred.
• Proven experience in IT coordination or related roles.
