Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Recruitment Professional to fill this role.

You will be responsible for :

• Full recruitment lifecycle management including sourcing, screening and onboarding of candidates across various IT technologies and business units.
• Technical proficiency in core IT technologies with basic knowledge required.
• Expertise in crafting Boolean strings to identify top talent.
• Hands-on experience with W2 employment arrangements.
• Extensive experience recruiting US citizens, green card holders and individuals with EADs.
• Ability to work on challenging IT projects.
• Cold calling to identify new leads.
• Willingness to adapt to multiple project requirements.
• Experience working with SI implementation partners, state clients and direct client engagements.
• Negotiation skills to secure candidate compensation packages.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Dice and Monster.
• Proficiency in using ATS-VMS systems.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (EST / CST / PST / MST).
