Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Recruitment Professional to fill this role.
You will be responsible for :
- Full recruitment lifecycle management including sourcing, screening and onboarding of candidates across various IT technologies and business units.
- Technical proficiency in core IT technologies with basic knowledge required.
- Expertise in crafting Boolean strings to identify top talent.
- Hands-on experience with W2 employment arrangements.
- Extensive experience recruiting US citizens, green card holders and individuals with EADs.
- Ability to work on challenging IT projects.
- Cold calling to identify new leads.
- Willingness to adapt to multiple project requirements.
- Experience working with SI implementation partners, state clients and direct client engagements.
- Negotiation skills to secure candidate compensation packages.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Dice and Monster.
- Proficiency in using ATS-VMS systems.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (EST / CST / PST / MST).
