Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Assistant. The HR Assistant will manage daily tasks including maintaining HR records, supporting HR processes, working with HRIS systems, assisting with benefits administration, and facilitating training programs. The role also involves providing administrative support to the HR team to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration processes
• Skills in Training facilitation and coordination
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt and work in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
