Position Overview : A prestigious advertising agency headquartered in New Delhi, is looking for an experienced Regional Head for North India. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading teams, managing regional operations, and driving business growth. This is a leadership position that requires strategic thinking, excellent business acumen, and the ability to oversee operations across the North region.

Key Responsibilities : Regional Operations : Lead and manage the North India region, including overseeing branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and driving alignment with corporate goals.Business Development : Focus on acquiring new business and growing the agency’s market share in the digital advertising space across the North region.Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals. Ensure the team is equipped to meet targets, uphold company values, and maintain high performance.Digital Business Management : Spearhead the agency’s digital initiatives in the region, focusing on driving innovative digital marketing solutions for clients.Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for regional growth. Implement business strategies and ensure their execution in line with agency objectives.Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.Performance Monitoring : Regularly review business performance metrics, branch targets, and KPIs to ensure goals are being met or exceeded.Travel : Regular travel within the North region to meet clients, explore new business opportunities, and oversee branch operations as required.Key Requirements : Experience : 8+ years of experience in the advertising, marketing, or digital marketing industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or regional management role.Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Leadership Skills : Strong experience in team management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.Digital Marketing Expertise : In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies (SEO, social media, content marketing, etc.).Business Development : Proven success in generating new business and expanding the client base in the region.Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.Travel Flexibility : Willingness to travel across the North region to support business needs and client relationships.Interested candidate can share the cv on [email protected] or can what's up on 9726002887
