👩🏫 Your Role Will Involve :
For Front Office Faculty :
- Delivering engaging theory and practical sessions in Front Office Operations (reservations, check-in / check-out, guest relations, billing)
- Training students in communication skills , telephone etiquette, and guest handling
- Conducting hands-on sessions using Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera, IDS, etc.
- Guiding students on professional grooming , guest psychology, and service recovery
- Updating curriculum to align with evolving front office technology and global standards
