Assistant Vice President - Fund Raising

Job Summary :

The AVP - Fund raising will lead institutional partnerships and fund raising initiatives with corporate, institutional, and philanthropic partners. The role requires a strategic professional capable of building long-term funding relationships, developing innovative fundraising strategies, and ensuring financial sustainability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Independently lead institutional and corporate fund raising initiatives for the organization.

2. Develop and execute strategic fund raising plans to meet annual funding targets.

3. Identify potential funding partners including corporates, foundations, and institutions.

4. Prepare and submit funding proposals, concept notes, and project budgets.

5. Manage end-to-end donor engagement - from outreach to closure and reporting.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective donors.

7. Lead CSR fund raising efforts and secure partnerships aligned to organizational goals.

8. Coordinate with program and finance teams for project design and proposal inputs.

9. Ensure timely compliance, documentation, and donor reporting.

10. Represent the organization in external meetings, forums, and networking events.

11. Track fund raising performance, maintain donor database, and prepare periodic MIS reports.

12. Stay updated with CSR laws, funding trends, and institutional donor priorities.
