Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Design Consultant to lead end-to-end design solutions for our projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong design expertise, client engagement ability, material and trend knowledge, and proven leadership skills. This role requires balancing creative vision with business objectives, ensuring client satisfaction as well as contributing to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead concept development and create innovative interior design solutions for projects.
  • Prepare and present mood boards, concept designs, and material boards .
  • Develop and review detailed drawings, space planning layouts, elevations, and 3D visuals .
  • Apply design principles to ensure functionality, aesthetics, and brand alignment.
  • Manage client interactions —from requirement gathering to design presentations and approvals.
  • Oversee material selection and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely design approvals and smooth coordination with execution teams.
  • Handle team supervision and mentoring for junior designers and visualization staff.
  • Track project deliverables and align with company goals for revenue generation .
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology to bring innovation into projects.

Key Skills & Competencies :

  • Proven interior design experience (corporate).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona, Photoshop, and MS Office .
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and market trends .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles.
  • Ability to create compelling mood boards and design narratives .
  • Strong leadership with team handling experience .
  • Business acumen with focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth .
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Qualification & Experience :

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture .
  • 6–10 years of experience in interior design consulting and project execution.
  • Experience in client handling and revenue generation is mandatory.
