Network Engineer (Data Center)

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven professional with extensive experience in data center infrastructure deployment, rack integration, and on-site implementation of multi-vendor network and compute systems. Proven ability to lead field operations, coordinate with customers, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end rack deployment, including rack mounting, bolt-down, structured cabling (fiber & copper), power integration, and labeling.
• Oversee / Execute on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless equipment from leading OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Arista, HPE, and Dell.
• Coordinate with customers, OEM engineers, and internal teams for seamless project execution and acceptance testing.
• Conduct fiber and copper termination, patching, OTDR testing, and performance validation to ensure network reliability.
• Validate LAN / WAN connectivity, failover, redundancy, and security configurations as per design.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis during installation and maintenance phases.
• Maintain as-built documentation, rack elevation diagrams, and test reports to support handover and audit processes.
• Ensure all field activities adhere to safety, ESD, and data center operational standards.
• Mentor field engineers and technicians to uphold quality and installation best practices.
• Willing to travel and support multi-site deployment projects as required. This may require extensive travel within month too
