About the Role :

This is a high-leverage, market-facing role built for people who want to directly impact revenue, growth, and business outcomes .You’ll work on projects that improve how we sell, market, partner, and operate using data, strategy, and AI to make smarter business decisions.

Think of it as the bridge between leadership vision and measurable business outcomes.

You might help streamline our sales outreach one week, build a new client intelligence system the next, and design a go-to-market experiment the week after.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives that improve growth, sales efficiency, or client impact.

Identify and execute projects that directly move the business pipeline velocity, market reach, retention, or revenue.

Research and experiment with AI tools, automations, and data workflows that create tangible business leverage.

Build internal intelligence systems competitor mapping, ICP targeting, account insights, etc.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to remove friction and accelerate execution.

Constantly scout for new opportunities , tools, tactics, partnerships that can give Mavlers an edge.
