Job description

Primary Skills :

Experience in complex systems integration : Proven ability to design, build, and maintain integrations between diverse IT systems, including on premises, cloud, and loT platforms. Expertise in middleware technologies like API gateways, ESBs, and message brokers.
Smart City / Airport domain knowledge : Understanding of Smart City / Airport systems and technologies, including Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), IoT sensors, security, and surveillance systems, building management systems, and citizen engagement platforms.
Data integration and management : Skilled in data warehousing, data lakes, data governance, and real-time data streaming solutions. Understanding of data quality, security, and privacy best practices in smart city / airport environments.
Cloud and containerization technologies : Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, including experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Communication and collaboration : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams. Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Secondary Skills :

Security and compliance : Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for smart city / airport infrastructure, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.

Software development : Skills in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, with experience in API development and integration frameworks.

Analytics and machine learning : Understanding of AI / ML applications in smart cities / airports, such as predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and traffic optimization.

Project management : Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools for planning, executing, and monitoring integration projects.

Budgeting and cost estimation : Ability to develop and manage project budgets, assess technology costs, and justify ROI for integration solutions.

Nice To Have :

Familiarity with specific Smart City / Airport platforms or solutions.

Experience with emerging technologies like blockchain and edge computing.

Knowledge of international standards and regulations for smart city / airport development.

Multilingual skills are a plus in projects with international teams.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities is required.

Passion for innovation and solving complex challenges in the Smart City / Airport domain is desired.

Educational Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
