Key Responsibilities :
- Outbound Calling : Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products / services, explain offerings, and promote sales.
- Lead Generation : Actively seek new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads through phone conversations.
- Customer Queries : Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a strong understanding of the companys products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and value to customers.
- Database Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Sales Goals : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Relationship Building : Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and understanding their needs.
- Follow-Up : Ensure effective follow-up on sales leads and previous interactions to drive conversions.
- Customer Retention : Ensure strategy and efforts used by sales representatives to keep existing customers engaged and loyal to the business over time.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferably in a similar industry).Comfortable with cold calling and speaking with customers.Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanour.Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions.Strong listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions.Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Goal-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.PS - Before you shift gears, make sure we're on the same track by connecting with a CARS24 insider.
