Senior Financial Planning and Risk Management Professional

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Risk Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating our Asset Liability Management (ALM) policy to ensure effective governance around the ALM process.

Your primary objective will be to analyze Interest Rate Risk in Banking Book (IRRBB) and monitor recovery plan triggers. You will also provide in-depth analysis of Net interest margin (NIM) on a monthly basis to our Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO).

In addition to these responsibilities, you will produce P&L analysis, funding center profit distribution, and handle ad-hoc analysis requirements of the funding center. Furthermore, you will automate reports in coordination with IT to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• You should be a Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of banking experience in areas of management or financial reporting.
• A strong understanding of back-end systems and complexities of FTP / ALM processes is essential.
• You should have excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams in projects and delivering to expectations of key stakeholders.
