We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Writer Manager to lead content creation and strategy for our influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content across platforms with a strong focus on Instagram and YouTube , while also driving B2B communication through case studies and blogs. This role demands creativity, speed, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the content strategy and oversee creation for influencer marketing campaigns.
Write, edit, and review content tailored for social media platforms, primarily Instagram and YouTube.
Develop diverse content formats including video scripts, captions, blogs, and campaign case studies .
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.
Collaborate with influencer managers, creators, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends, influencer strategies, and digital tools .
Mentor and guide junior writers / creatives to maintain high-quality output.
Manage content calendars, timelines, and approvals to ensure seamless execution.

Desired Skills & Experience

Proven experience in content writing / management within influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling.

Strong ability to adapt writing styles across formats (social, B2B, blogs, case studies).

Agile thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.

A proactive mindset with leadership qualities and willingness to take ownership.

Familiarity with influencer and creator ecosystems, especially across Instagram and YouTube.
