Required Skills

4+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js backend development

Strong understanding of asynchronous programming

Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL)

Knowledge of cloud services (AWS) and containerization (Docker)

Familiarity with CI / CD tools and scalable deployments

Strong debugging, testing, and performance tuning skills

Excellent communication and client interaction skills
