About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure and CI / CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud platforms, automation, containerization, monitoring, and security. This role requires hands-on expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications in cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Implement and manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and high availability.
• Monitor performance using logging / monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, CloudWatch).
• Implement DevSecOps practices – security scanning, vulnerability management, secrets management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth software delivery.
• Drive best practices in automation, cloud governance, cost optimization, and incident management.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements.
