Taimi is now looking for a new agent from India to join our support team. 🌈

The position is 100% remote, and accepted applicants are expected to start immediately.

We value critical thinking, creative writing, and, most of all, sentences that weren't generated by ChatGPT. 🤓

✨ Requirements ✨

  • C2 English level (especially in writing);
  • Experience in communication and writing;
  • Familiarity with the LGBTQIA+ community and related topics;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Experience in providing feedback and quality-reviewing;
  • Full-time availability.

🚀 Responsibilities 🚀

  • Communicate with customers through our in-app chat tool and support email (no telephone calls);
  • Attend mandatory team meetings, trainings, and 1on1s with your supervisor;
  • Study communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as they get updated;
  • Complete written assignments and biweekly tests;
  • Reflect on feedback received and generate feedback in return;
  • Participate constructively in discussions about the product and associated protocol.
