This is an excellent opportunity for law graduates who want to build a careerin the field of trademark filing and prosecution.Key Responsibilities : Assist in conducting trademark searches, drafting, and filing trademark applicationswith the Indian Trade Marks RegistrySupport in trademark prosecution matters, including examination report responses,show cause hearings, and client coordinationPrepare legal documents such as Power of Attorney, Affidavits, and assignment deedsMaintain accurate records of filings, deadlines, and client portfoliosLiaise with clients and internal teams for updates, follow-ups, and documentationStay updated with amendments in the Trade Marks Act and developments in Indian IP
