The Opportunity

The Digital Advertising Manager will be responsible for leading paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), YouTube, and emerging ad networks. This is a remote, part-time position, designed for high-performing marketers who want flexibility without compromising impact.

Ideal candidates will be analytical, creative, and deeply familiar with the digital advertising landscape—from performance KPIs to audience strategy to platform-specific best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies with an eye on ROAS, CPL, CPA, and other performance metrics
• Analyze campaign data and prepare insights-driven reports using Google Analytics, GA4, and platform-native dashboards
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align ad messaging with audience insights and campaign goals
• Conduct A / B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting initiatives
• Stay ahead of platform updates, digital advertising trends, and emerging media tools
• Contribute to client strategy sessions and internal brainstorming
