Supplier Onboarding and Data Management Coordinator

Minimum Qualifications :

Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 1+ year of experience in the field or in a related area.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for vendor and customer master data maintenance and communication.

Apply knowledge of supplier onboarding and maintenance requirements, including banking and tax information, in order to perform supplier related tasks.

Maintains all payment or other transaction records. Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders, managing day-to-day communications, inquiries, and escalations to ensure collaborative relationships.

Support business improvement initiatives and process optimization projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in supplier management.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze data to assess supplier performance, resolve conflicts, and drive results that support organizational objectives.

Cultivate expertise in supplier management principles and best practices.
