Lead.Net Core Developer / Architect

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Core Developer / Architect to drive the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build robust software solutions aligned with business Responsibilities :

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of .NET Core-based applications and microservices.
• Define technical standards, coding practices, and ensure best practices in software development.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, conducting code reviews and guiding team skill development.
• Drive continuous improvement in system architecture, security, performance, and scalability.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency.
• Ensure integration of applications with various backend systems, databases, and third-party services.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
• Document architectural designs, development processes, and technical Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in software development using .NET Core and C#.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Web APIs, and RESTful services.
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including deployment and monitoring.
• Solid understanding of CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal Qualifications :
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and domain-driven design.
• Prior experience as a technical architect or team lead.
• Working experience in heterogeneous architecture will be a plus
