Health Surveillance & Medical Examinations
Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and annual health check-ups.Monitor and assess employees exposed to workplace hazards (chemicals, noise, dust, etc.).Maintain accurate medical records and reports as per regulations.Workplace Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and local health regulations.Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments to prevent occupational diseases.Provide health and safety training to employees on first aid, ergonomics, and emergency response.Health & Wellness Programs
Develop employee wellness programs focusing on stress management, nutrition, and fitness.Educate employees on preventive healthcare, vaccination drives, and disease management.Promote mental health awareness and work-life balance initiatives.Documentation & Reporting
Maintain medical case files, health surveillance reports, and incident records.Report occupational injuries, illnesses, and treatment outcomes to HR and management.Ensure confidentiality of employee health data and compliance with medical ethics and data protection laws.Skills Required
Clinical Research, patient assessment , Data Analysis, Medical Imaging, treatment planning, electronic health records
