Job Summary :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele caller to join our Interior Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and promoting the company's interior design services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the interior design industry, and the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Engagement : Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our interior design services and offerings.
  • Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information about the client's design needs and preferences.
  • Sales Support : Assist in converting leads into appointments or sales by effectively presenting our interior design solutions.
  • Consultation : Understand client requirements and offer tailored design solutions and packages suited to their needs.
  • Follow-ups : Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to build relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Customer Support : Provide prompt, clear, and professional responses to inquiries regarding services, pricing, timelines, etc.
  • Data Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in CRM systems.
  • Appointment Scheduling : Schedule meetings or consultations between clients and interior designers, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Market Research : Collect feedback from clients and stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the interior design space.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth communication and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or customer service (experience in the interior design or real estate industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and trends (or a willingness to learn).
  • Ability to work with CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Persuasive and confident phone etiquette.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
  • Desired Skills :

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service in the design or real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with interior design services such as residential and commercial design, furniture, décor, etc.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to work in an office environment, using a computer and phone for extended periods.
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule, if needed.
