Job Summary

The HR MIS Specialist is responsible for managing and analyzing HR data to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves maintaining HR databases generating accurate reports and providing actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems data analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

HR Data Management

• Maintain and update HR databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.

MIS Reporting

• Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc HR reports
• Develop dashboards for real-time monitoring.
• Provide data-driven insights to assist in strategic HR planning.

Data Analytics and Insights

• Analyze HR data to identify trends risks and opportunities.
• Present insights to HR leadership and recommend actionable solutions.

Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in existing HR processes and recommend automation opportunities.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR data management and reporting.
• Ensure alignment of HR MIS practices with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor s degree

• Experience:
• 2 5 years of experience in HR systems MIS or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Power BI MS Excel (PythonSQL highly appreciated).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
