- Communication and Stakeholder Management : Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, doctors, field force.
- Execution Skills : Regular follow up and feedback on implementation
- Market Research and Analysis : Conducting in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and unmet patient needs
- Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with international regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA)
- Creativity skills in developing promotional tools like VA / LBL
- Presentation skills : To prepare launch medical presentations for field force
