Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Application Consultant specializing in ServiceNow. The Application Consultant will collaborate with clients to analyze business processes and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet organizational needs. Key responsibilities include engaging in consulting activities, gathering and documenting requirements, developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, and continuously refining workflows for efficiency. This role involves providing insights and recommendations to optimize processes and ensuring the successful delivery of tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Business Process expertise to identify client needs and recommend tailored ServiceNow solutions
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Analytical Skills to interpret data, define requirements, and craft impactful strategies
• Experience in Software Development for configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications effectively
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams remotely and maintain a client-centric approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience with ServiceNow implementations and certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer) is highly desirable
