• Expert level proficiency in ReactJS with TypeScript
• Strong understanding of NodeJS with TypeScript
• Solid knowledge of GraphQL and its implementation
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and design principles
• Strong understanding of object oriented and functional programming paradigms
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines
• Understanding of web security best practices
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Experience with building scalable and maintainable web applications
• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyRoles & Responsibilities :
• Technical Leadership : ○ Define the technical vision and architecture for the digital platform, including theadoption of microservices architecture○ Lead the development team in the design, development and deployment of theplatform, ensuring adherence to microservices principles.○ Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and bestpractices, emphasizing modularity and independent deployability.○ Mentor and guide junior developers on the team, fostering an understanding ofmicroservices and object oriented / functional programming.
• Collaboration : ○ Work closely with product managers, designers and other stakeholders tounderstand their needs and translate them into technical specifications forindividual microservices.○ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth development, testing anddeployment of individual microservices and their integration into the overallplatform.○ Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team, promoting ashared understanding of microservices architecture and its implications.
• Problem Solving : ○ Identify and troubleshoot technical issues within individual microservices andacross the entire platform.○ Find creative solutions to complex challenges, considering the constraints andopportunities of microservices architecture.○ Continuously improve the platform's performance and scalability, utilizing thebenefits of microservices for optimization.Experience : Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer.Educational Qualification : Degree / Diploma or Equivalent.Salary : 15, 00,000 / - to 18, 00,000 / - LPA CTC per annum.
