Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries at the Baroda office.
  • Take ownership of client requests : acknowledge, update, perform quality checks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams in Baroda and London to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to improve website and project management.
  • Ensure adherence to ISMS 27001, QMS 9001, and GDPR policies.
  • Communicate updates and deliverables clearly to clients.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of digital communications, corporate communication, or website management is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across time zones and cultures.
