Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Senior Production Executive located at Shirwal 50 km from Pune. The Senior Production Executive will oversee daily production operations, implement production plans, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Collaborating with a team, they will optimize production processes to achieve efficiency, manage resources, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting production issues, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management

Knowledge of Food Technology and its application to production processes

Experience with Quality Control to ensure adherence to quality standards

Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams

Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a relevant field

Prior experience in the food production or manufacturing industry is beneficial
