Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Manufacturing to lead and oversee all manufacturing operations at our facility in Gautam Buddha Nagar. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, optimizing supply chain practices, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead production planning, and ensure the smooth functioning of manufacturing operations to meet company objectives and client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations.
• Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations Management and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience in Supply Chain Management and optimizing operational workflows.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities in manufacturing settings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Prior experience in industrial equipment manufacturing and export industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
