Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Officer / BDE to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in sales or business development and a strong desire to grow their career in this field.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients during and after sales process.
  • Collaborate with team members to create effective sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
