Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate

QA Engineer

with hands-on experience in

network product and protocol testing , as well as

test automation using Python . The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in networking, testing methodologies, and automation frameworks, with the ability to troubleshoot and deliver high-quality, robust testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform

manual and automated testing

of networking products and protocols.

Design, develop, and maintain

Python-based test automation

scripts and infrastructure.

Follow end-to-end QA processes including

test plan design, execution, defect tracking , and reporting.

Validate both

Layer 2 / 3 protocols

and

application-level protocols

under varied network conditions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an

Agile development environment .

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Education :

BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA in Computer Science, Electronics, or relevant discipline.

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Networking Knowledge :

Solid understanding of

switching / routing ,

TCP / IP ,

L2 / L3 protocols (LACP, STP, BGP, OSPF) , and

application protocols (HTTP, DNS, SSL, FTP) .

Test Automation :

Hands-on experience in

Python

scripting for automation.

Familiarity with

traffic generation tools

(e.g., IXIA, Avalanche) and

packet analysis tools

(e.g., Wireshark).

Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
