E-commerce Marketing Manager – D2C
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business growth . The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies, optimizing customer acquisition and retention, and driving sales across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute end-to-end D2C marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels .
- Drive SEO, SEM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, influencer, and affiliate marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze customer journey, funnel performance, and ROI to maximize growth.
- Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Plan and execute retention strategies through CRM, loyalty programs, and personalized campaigns.
- Conduct regular market research & competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage e-commerce sales channels, including website, marketplaces, and brand-owned apps .
- Track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, and conversion rates , and present reports to management.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).4–8 years of experience in e-commerce / D2C marketing .Proven expertise in digital marketing, performance campaigns, and marketplace management .Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar .Excellent communication and leadership skills.Knowledge of consumer behavior in D2C, brand building, and retention strategies .Key Skills :
