What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Tax Associate, you'll play a critical role in serving our Nonprofit & Business Tax clients. You’ll work with a team that values accuracy, efficiency, and insight — and you'll be empowered to make a real impact.

Build strong client relationships while delivering smart tax planning, consulting, and compliance support

Review Form 990, 990-PF, 990-EZ for foundations, public charities, and other nonprofits

Manage complex tax projects with multiple stakeholders — from data analysis to reporting

Conduct in-depth research and analysis on a variety of tax issues

Mentor junior staff, provide feedback, and support their professional development

Serve as an internal expert on nonprofit accounting and tax best practices

Review tax workpapers and reports with a critical eye, ensuring compliance and clarity

✅ What You Bring to the Table

• A graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com required)
• M.Com / MBA is a plus
• 3–7 years of relevant tax experience, especially in nonprofit filings
• Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is a bonus
• Strong understanding of :
• ✅ Form 990, 990-PF
• ⚙️ Intermediate knowledge of Forms 1065 & 1120S
• Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
• A passion for mentorship and knowledge-sharing
