Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s online presence, performance marketing, and digital growth strategy. This role will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across paid media, SEO / SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate should combine data-driven decision making with creative digital storytelling to scale up our Lifestyle Jewellery brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute 360° digital marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives, sales targets, and consumer insights.
- Build annual & quarterly digital media plans covering paid ads, social content, influencer activations, and e-commerce growth.
2. Performance Marketing (Paid Media)
Plan and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, Pinterest, marketplaces, and retargeting networks.Optimize ad spend and ROI , conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.3. Social Media & Content Marketing.
Build a content calendar for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn).Oversee creative storytelling, brand aesthetics, and engagement strategies to grow an active community.Collaborate with designers and photographers to create high-impact visual content (reels, product videos, influencer content).4. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, stylists, and celebrities to promote collections.5. E-Commerce & Website Management
Drive online traffic & sales through SEO / SEM, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and site performance improvements.Manage website content, landing pages, and product page storytelling to enhance user experience.Partner with reporting manager and design teams for exclusive online launches & digital promotions.6. Analytics & Reporting
Build digital dashboards to track campaign performance, sales funnels, traffic sources, and conversion trends.Present monthly & quarterly digital performance reports to management.7. Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in performance marketing, paid ads, SEO / SEM, social media management, and influencer strategy.Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube Ads, Shopify / WordPress / e-commerce tools etc.Strong creative sense for digital storytelling.Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign analysis, budget allocation, and ROI improvement.Excellent leadership & collaboration skills to manage internal teams and agencies.
8. Education & Experience
MBA / PGDM or equivalent in Marketing / Digital Marketing .5–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, retail sectors, or FMCG.Interested candidates can send their resume to or whatsapp .
