Our YouTube channel is live with RashtraGaatha, and we’re rolling out twelve original shows—animated series, on-field documentaries, studio formats, and feature specials. We pair research-first writing with cinematic craft, and we’re preparing our originals for wider distribution, including OTT.
About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations & Production Coordinator—a street-smart multitasker who owns studio logistics, office admin, and first-round hiring. You’ll keep shoots, spreadsheets, and the talent pipeline moving—and double as on-set production manager when cameras roll.
Key Responsibilities
send tests, track submissions, and keep the candidate sheet updated.
prep sets / props and crew essentials for 4–5 shoot days / month.
resolve on-set issues fast.
manage calendars, travel, inventory, and service vendors.
assist founders with blocks, follow-ups, and quick problem-solving.

Must-Haves
2–3 yrs in studio ops / production support / admin.
Hindi / Marathi a plus.
comfortable with Docs / Calendar and tight timelines.
confident as on-set production manager.
