Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Snowflake implementations covering architecture, design, modeling, and governance.
• Drive data & pipeline migrations from legacy to Snowflake , ensuring scalability, reliability, and business continuity.
• Architect and optimize Snowflake models using clustering keys, materialized views, Streams, and Tasks.
• Build scalable ELT / ETL pipelines with modern tools and frameworks.
• Define and enforce engineering standards for Snowflake development, testing, deployment, and CI / CD automation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Analytics, DevOps, and Business Stakeholders) to deliver impactful solutions.
• Implement data security & governance policies using Snowflake’s native features.
• Continuously monitor and optimize cost and performance of Snowflake workloads.
• Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and documentation to raise the engineering bar.
• Lead production deployment & cutovers , ensuring smooth operations in live environments.
