Civil Engineer

Job Description:

1. Site Execution & Supervision:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities ensuring smooth execution as per approved drawings and project plans.

• Supervise civil structural and finishing work ensuring adherence to quality standards.

• Monitor contractor performance and ensure work completion within deadlines.

• Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure compliance with engineering best practices.

2. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality construction.

• Ensure work is executed in compliance with IS codes project specifications and company standards.

• Supervise material quality and conduct necessary testing for concrete steel and other materials.

• Maintain proper documentation for quality checks and approvals.

3. Coordination & Project Management:

• Work closely with Project Managers Architects Structural Engineers and MEP teams.

• Coordinate with contractors vendors and suppliers to ensure timely material availability.

• Assist in preparing work schedules labor deployment plans and progress reports.

• Maintain proper records of work progress material usage and cost tracking.

4. Safety & Site Management:

• Implement and ensure adherence to site safety protocols and labor laws.

• Conduct regular safety briefings and toolbox talks with the workforce.

• Ensure all work is carried out as per environmental and safety regulations.

• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards at the site
