Job Title : Smart Materials Administrator

Experience : 4 to 10 Years

Location : Pan India

Notice period : Upto 60 days

Responsibility :

• Administrative activities : Product group configuration, Project setup & configuration,
• BOM Administration & setup, REQ setup, configuration, & administration.
• Suppliers, Subcontractors, Orders / Suborders, Planning & Progress, Expediting setup and configuration, Fabrication tracking, Field Material control and subcontract management setup and configuration.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Smart Materials users.
• Develop and enforce best practices for Smart Materials usage and data management.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize Smart Materials workflows.
• Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support.
• Technical project support : Providing technical project support and managing technical data and documentation
• Configuring roles and users : Configuring roles and users for Smart Materials projects
• Perform development activities as directed by Engineering.
• Interface with Hexagon for queries and tickets.

Required profile :

Level of education : Bachelor's degree in engineering
