Job descriptionLead, mentor, and manage a sales team to maximize performance and achievement. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to prepare regular performance reports for senior management. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and consistently hit sales targets. Act as an Individual Contributor by developing new leads and managing your own pipeline. Execute outbound calls to potential customers and follow up relentlessly on leads. Understand customer needs to identify sales opportunities and answer inquiries via email / calls. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Interpret sales data with an analytical mindset to derive actionable insights for the broader team. Proven Leadership : Experience in sales management or a Team Lead role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. EdTech / B2C DNA : Strong background in B2C sales, preferably in the education or technology sectors. US Shift : Experience working in night / US shifts is not mandatory. Analytical Mindset : Ability to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions. Communication : Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and motivate team members. Education : Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or CS is a plus, but not mandatory). Shift : US Night Shift (10 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM IST)
Work Days : 5.5 Days (Monday–Friday + Monday Morning Sync)
