Events :

 Work in tandem with other teams like Production, Operations and Client Servicing for churning out brilliant out of the box visual concepts.

 To deliver creative design solutions on project basis for Events :

Invite Design

SET Design – Backdrop, Entrance, Theme Based Props

Memento

 Should be able to work independently from conceptualization to execution with minimum support / mentoring.

 Designing and sketching the entire event and provide an end to end creative solution based on the creative brief.

 Interact with clients to ensure clarity in client brief (whenever required)

 Ensuring that designs are applicable as per production standards.

 Work in tandem with the Productions team for sizes.

 Take back-up of artwork in designated format and maintain the same

 Recee at production house to ensure design

 Onsite Set up to ensure implementation

 Maintaining and updating database, sketches, inventory, books and stationary.

Vendor Management :

 Co-ordinate with vendors to ensure artwork is printed / executed in the visualized format with the help of operations team.

Team Management :

 Motivate and lead a team.

 Grooming and training of team members.

 Rightly delegating tasks to team.

 Assuring the team meets quality with deadlines.
