Location : Onsite – Kharadi, Pune

Shift : EST hours (6 : 30 PM IST – 3 : 30 AM IST)

Type : Full-time (NO Remote)

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer & Social Media Content Creator who can design high-impact banners, posters, and short videos tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

What You’ll Do

Create engaging social media content (images, videos, motion graphics).

Design with a strong focus on branding, messaging, and color palettes .

Deliver eye-catching visuals that align with marketing goals.

Work with AI tools to generate banners, posters, and short videos.

️ Tools & Skills We’re Looking For

Must Have : Expertise in Canva , CapCut , Veo3 , Nano Banana (or similar AI tools).

Good to Have : Knowledge of gamma.app for presentation design.

Bonus Skills : Experience with advanced tools like Descript, HeyGen, Synthesia, Tavus .

Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing design strategy .

Excellent portfolio showcasing creative social media designs and videos.
