Key Responsibilities :

Executive Assistance :

  • Manage and maintain the calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate

appointments for senior management.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle travel arrangements, flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documentation.
  • Administrative Support :

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure all administrative processes run
  • smoothly.

  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility-related tasks.
  • Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Support to HR and Finance teams with basic administrative documentation when
  • required.

    Requirements

    Key Requirements :

  • Graduate in any discipline. Additional certifications in Office Management or
  • Administration will be an added advantage.

  • 3 to 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, or in a similar
  • role.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work independently with minimal
  • supervision.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Work Environment :

  • This is a full-time, in-office (9 : 30 am to 7 : 00 pm).
  • Requirements
