Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Continent Head – CSA to spearhead our sales and market development efforts across Central & South America . The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of agricultural equipment markets, proven international sales experience, and strong leadership capabilities to manage regional teams and dealer networks. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for growth, brand presence, and revenue generation in the region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to expand market presence for tractors and other agri-machinery products.
- Team Leadership :
- Build, lead, and manage regional sales teams, including country managers, distributors, and dealers.
- Market Expansion :
- Identify new markets, develop dealer / distributor networks, and establish strategic partnerships in the CSA region.
- Client & Partner Relations :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and government bodies.
- Compliance & Regulations :
- Ensure business practices comply with local regulations, import / export laws, and certification standards.
- Brand Representation :
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and field demos across the region.
- Market Intelligence :
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to adapt business strategies.
Required Skills & Experience :
8–12 years of international sales experience in agri-machinery, tractors, or a related industry.Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and equipment usage in Latin American markets.Proven success in building dealer networks and managing P&L for international markets.Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred.Strong understanding of market entry strategies, pricing, and competitive positioning.Personal Attributes :
