Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Accountant at Repak Global. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining customer records, preparing sale statements, analyzing stock data, and managing accounts receivable and payable. Additional tasks include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, supporting budgeting processes, and preparing tax documents.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of data entry and customer databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.
  • Team collaboration and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • 2 - 4 years for mid-level or technical customer support.
  • Experience with B2B / B2C customer interaction preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of ERP or workflow management systems.
  • Proactive, accountable, and process-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in data processing, vendor coordination, or order management is valuable.
