Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer Cloud to join our team in India. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support for our cloud-based solutions, assisting customers with their inquiries and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for cloud-based applications and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to cloud technologies.
- Assist customers in the deployment and configuration of cloud solutions.
- Document and track support issues using ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve service reliability and performance.
- Educate customers on best practices for cloud usage and optimization.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).Basic knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP / IP, VPN).Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Skills Required
