Job descriptionDrive performance outcomes (ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversions, revenue growth). Build and manage full-funnel campaigns across search, display, shopping, video, and paid social. Monitor campaign performance daily, identify growth opportunities, and ensure budget efficiency. Work closely with creative / content teams to align ad messaging with performance goals. Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for scaling campaigns. Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor strategies, and emerging ad platforms. 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing. Direct experience managing budgets of nearly ₹1 Cr+ per month. Strong background in e-commerce, retail, or real estate campaigns. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, and other performance tools. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight timelines.
Salary band : up to 6 LPA – 8 LPA (based on experience and fitment)
Exp : 2 Years – 5 years
Location : Malad, Mumbai (Work-from-Office)
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and other
relevant platforms.
